Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, assess eligibility, prepare document checklists, and coordinate the visa, coaching, attestation, or travel service you have requested. Where you use our Destination & Visa Document Finder or Eligibility Calculator, the details you enter are used only to generate your result on-screen and, if you choose to send them, to open a pre-filled WhatsApp message on your own device — we do not receive or store this information unless you actually send it to us.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties. Information is shared only where strictly necessary to deliver the service you requested — for example, with an examination body for IELTS/PTE registration, or an attestation authority on your explicit instruction — and never for marketing by outside companies.

Data Retention

We retain client information only for as long as needed to deliver the requested service and to meet any reasonable record-keeping needs of an ongoing case. You may request deletion of your information once your case is closed and there is no ongoing service obligation to retain it.
